$850 weekly (tax included) for 4 persons*
monthly/seasonal rates available.
Additional adults (over 12): $100 each.

Fall Foliage/Snow Geese Migration

1 October - 4 November
$475 weekly (tax included)*

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.

Saturday-to-Saturday or Sunday-to-Sunday reservations
will be accepted on a first-come basis. Rates are not prorated
for late arrival or early departure.

50% reservation deposit required.
Balance is due 2 weeks prior to occupancy.
(Deposits are refundable prior to December 31st.
After December 31st – with a two-week notice – deposit
will be credited toward future reservation.)

We accept payment by cash, check or credit card.
